Your M7 Setup Guide

To get started, make sure to complete the following steps:

1. Reset Your Password and Log In to M7
2. Save M7 to Your Phone
3. Watch a brief training video on how to use your M7 app

📨 Step 1: Reset Your Password and Log In to M7

To reset your password:

1. Go to your email and find the password reset email from M7 Health

1. Click the black “Reset Password” button
2. Create your M7 password
3. Click “Reset Password”

Once you’ve created your M7 password, you can click “Back to M7” and log in to your account!

• Username is the email provided by the administrator
• Password is the password that you reset in Step 1️⃣ above
• Click “Accept” when prompted with the below screen
